Hi, there! Unibet is my favourite betting site in the last four or five years. That's because the offer is great, they are serious and betting in here is quite fun. But the last week makes me wonder if I should choose another site. First, I had a bet wrongly settled although the goal that i needed was a scored three minutes before the interval ended. I contacted support an after they reviewed it, my bet was declared a win. I thought that this happens, altougj it was the second or third time it happenede to me on Unibet. Also, I thought that it was an honest mistakr, since the game was from Turkmenistan and the Live was a little hard to keep. Then the same story repeated when another bet (an over 1,5 goals between 60:00 and 69:59 live bet) was wrongly declared lost. I had to contact support and after that I received an email that de bet was correctly declared loat since the 2nd goal wasn't scored before the 70th minute. But they were wrong. I had to look for the highlights of the game on the official site of the vietnameae league (the game being that between Da Nang and Quang Nam) and show them the link so they could see the second goal was scored in the 69:58 minute. Again, I thought it was a human mistake and they declared my bet as a win. But this after I lost my time and the time of the peoplr from support and other departments. The third time, this night. At the Bielefeld - Dynamo Dresden game. My bet of over 0,5 goals between 0:00 and 9:59 minutes was declared lost. Despite the first goal being scored in the 10th minute and despite the fact that the game os on Livestream. Again contacting the support and now waiting for the response. I understand human error. But three times in one week its too much. Its not my idea of fun to search tons of sites and see that I am right and Unibet is wrong. My question is: Did you encounter these types of errors that often? What is happening with betting Live on Unibet? I never had these problems that often on any site. And I repeat what I stated at thr beginning: I really like Unibet. But these type of errors that causes a lot of time wasting from both sides makes me question if I really want to stick to Unibet or bet somewhere else. Cheers! And sorry for the typos.
