Now on my 14th day of waiting for account verification. Being told different things by different people. Have been told it’s on the secondary stage and won’t be long 4 days ago. Was told it was on high priority as was over 5 days. What’s going on???
Now on my 14th day of waiting for verification. Constantly being told false information like it will be prioritised ect. Then the next person says they can’t do such a thing. All staff on the phones seem to be new and not really sure of what to say.
