    Hello, I had placed a bet on Takamoto Katsuta to win the 2021 WRC Acropolis Rally. However, Katsuta has withdrawn his entry due to his co-driver becoming unvailable: Crucially, this has happened before the rally has started, as the competition does not begin until Thurs 9 Sept. Can I expect a refund on my placed bet, as the competitor did not participate in the event, therefore making the original wager invalid? Thanks.
