Have you seen and clicked the "tick" with +20%/+25% while placing a LIVE bet? I know it sounds obvious but you need to see and click the "tick" while placing a bet in order to have it included.

There were 2 of them at the same match. One was +25% and the other one (the one you mentioned) +20%. Have you used both ? Please check your betslip history, if you marked "+20% tick" while posting a coupon, the standard value should be crossed out and the boosted bet value should be listed. Anyways just to let you know you should have a poker €1000 freeroll ticket for betting on this one. The freeroll is today at 19:00 CET

Same here in the WEB poker client. It happens every time exactly after 30 minutes (even if playing 4 tables). I'm using Firefox 85.0.1 64bit (latest one). The support already knows about this bug, but please let know when it's fixed. @Merenitsu maybe as a temporary bypass try to have unibet.com website opened in the background and click anything there every 30 minutes not to get logged out.
