Thank you 🍺 If I may suggest anything, I noticed that there is a slight delay with color notices on banzai. For example when I received one of the color on banzai necessary to any mission, I had to play a few more hands when it will be finally noticed at my account. It could be annoying also for other players when it happen, but for the first time I had no possibility to these few more hand and I had to report it here on Unibetcommunity. Regards,

What in situation when I was playing Valentine mission and I finished it but didn't receive adnotation that it was correct? I was playing yesterday and first I achieved red in banzai and then played 10 hexa pro. The problem was that I had only one player at banzai table when I achieved red in banzai. Unfortunately after it he stop playing 😐 So I was sitting for a while by the table waiting for somebody next will sit, but unfortunately nobody join to the table and the table became closed. I achieved red in banzai but this was not recorded despite this. What in this situation?

I don't want to start with new topic so I am gonna ask here because I had a similar problem. I had ticket 100 euro to mtt and I register to one of the tournament about 3 weeks ago. The problem was that the valid of the ticket ended soon but despite this I was register to one of the tournament for 100 euro. Unfortunately the tournament has been canceled (reason not enough players). When the tournament has been canceled I wasn't be able to register to any next tournament for 100 euro. What in this situation?? Is any chance to recover this ticket? I really wanted to play, but the tournament was canceled. I even report this situation to one of the team member poker Unibet Andy 3 weeks ago, but I did it on another poker forum (I don't want to write the name of the forum becasue I don't want to do any advertisment, but if anybody want I can send screen to view). It was big opportunity for me to play in any tournament for 100 euro, so I am curious what in this situation?

My first calculations were wrong. I think I counted it too quickly the first time because (I counted about 675 euro) the second time I got over 500 euros, so everything is correct now.

Ok I received some additional mission (I can't found it at lobby before) but still in my opinion the previous solution was better. To be fair I have to said that the previous solution was better in my case and I know that in other situation of the players whose loosing very much money (much more than me) it may be better solution.

I am pretty sure my mathematic is ok and I lost almost 700 euro. To be fair I will check one more time later and let You know later. In my opinion you sholud back to previous solution when everything was simpler and more transparent. In period before "poker rewards" I had some tilt a few times (lost about 300-400 euro) and I always received some tickets to tournamnet for the biggest losers. Last week I lost almost 700 euro (about 675 euro) and I didn't recive anything so if anybody want to tell me that the formula of mystic algorithm is ok so I have to said that is ridiculous 🙃

In my opinion something is wrong with the formula of mystic algorithm 😐 I just did my recap from the last week (from 6 September to 12 September) and I lost about 675 euro and didn't receive anything 😲 All due respect but the algorithm sucks 🤢 I have no idea for whom is this poker rewards and how much I should lost to get any rewards but if I lost almost 700 euro (the worst week from time I am playing at Unibet) and didn't receive nothing so I have absolutely every right to say the formula sucks 😠

Pionrj as you can see above P0kerM0nk explain that issue. I have no idea why you didn't receive any poker rewards and I am not sure if I will receive. Before "poker rewards" it was more simple in my opinion. I had few times when I lost during week less chip$ than now, but I received some extra tickets to special tournament for the bigest losers.

It's ok but it's hurt. I am still playing. As you know it's no possible to be winning players all the time. This solution "replay rewards" should help me and other players in similar situations. So I just ask is this really working. I don't know is this gonna help me and if I get any rewards. Unibet changed the rules so if you want to get any rewards you must use button of the replay and be a member of unibet community. In your situation it cannot working according the new rules because you didn't use the button of the replay. I know it's not problem for you, but I hope Andy Unibet or someone else from Unibet will join to our conversation and try to explain a little more about "replay rewards".

So the key question is how excatly work the alogrithm? Of course nobody know about it so I am asking other players about their experiences. I think that in your case the first and main problem is that you didn't use the replay button and the second is that you played a few types of games. It's good that you play for fun and you don't have problem with lost about 500 euro. For me it's not ok and I am really curious if I receive any rewards in my situation.

Generally the New Loyalty System & Game Lab Release looks interesting. I think the time to sum up will come at the end of the year, how it all worked out in practice.

Thank You Pionrj for really fast reply 🙂 It's hard to belive that somebody can lost over 500 euro and didn't receive any rewards. Did You use the replay button? I think it's the key question because according to the new rules everybody must use the replay button.

Could somebody tell me is this really working? I had terrible last night and lost about 530 euro playing cash games 🤕 I couldn't win any big spot and lost most of them 😢 Ufortunatelly I didn't use the replay to many times because I forgot about this option in bad emotion. I used the replay only very few times. I am wondering how it works and will I get any rewards for the worse nigt in my life playing cash ☹️ Does the system see only my single losses from the poker replay or does it see all the losses from a given session? Could other players tell me about your experience in this situation? Did You get any rewards in similar situation and how looks the ratio of losers to prizes received?
