i have a bonus stuck on 24k dragons its been exactly 3 months and still nothing with the game froze mid bonus so good luck,,worst site communications team on the net

while playing the slot 24k dragon the game froze mid bonus.when i refresh the game it puts me back to the place it froze. ive cleared catche cookies but still the same thing happens it loads mid bonus and freezes..ive checked my game history and the bonus has not been settled does anyone have any suggestions...thanks
