Hi, I was unable to login in today for the bounty tournament this afternoon at 1345.
The site showed that there were technical difficulties and I spoke to the agent (name started with a G) who advised that I'd be refunded. My chat reason explained that my account had been blocked and that I could not get in.
I checked later and spoke to Lillian who advised that my accoun was blocked and that I'd have to post here to get it resolved. I pretty sure that I put the password in correctly so assumed the information that I had recieved originally to be true. If I had known it was a password issue I would have been able to make the tournament. Could you please refund the buy in. Kind regards,
