same problem here, was playing a qualifier when is got disconnected. When I was able to log back in the dynamics had changed, not everybody got disconnected. Is a refund possible?

Is it in any way possible to get an overview of how many hands I played in a particular month on each limit, the money won and the rake I paid? Support send me an excel file I can't really do anything with.
