I agree with you. I don't see any problem to download the handhistory and preview after session. This is a big minus for Unibet on this issue.

I came with a little feedback for the bi-weekly playthrough bonuses. Maybe this idea was discussed and I didn't see it, and I apology in advance. I like the high target of bi-weekly bonuses that motivates me to play big volume, but what I receive lately is on the "burnout" side. I think if we go to 90% and we fail, for traffic reason or any, is a bit frustrating. I think the fair way for this is a compensation bonus of 30% of what we reach. For example if we reach on 90% and we fail , we get 30% from that , or if we reach 60% we get the 15% from that. I think this will be more attractive for players to make them start the challenge and everybody wins..

Yes, is a struggle for me too on getting the monthly results. That can be fixed easy with an automatic generator section where we can download the time range we want. This month I started to note profit/loss and games count in excel , cuz I really hate to struggle with CS. Last year it was more simple, just asking on chat what range I want and what stakes and in few hours I have it on e-mail without any password. It will be very useful to make a section for hand history download , like GG has , but I think I ask to much?! Unibet can improve those things in our favor , but they will ?

Not satisfied. Why on Unibet I can't receive hand history ? GGpoker has PokerCraft to help regulars in this situation, I understand you guys don't have this section but what's wrong in sending via e-mail or other method the full HH to use them in Pokertracker after session ? In my opinion you lose ground from this point of view.
