So I placed 9th place in dragon's fire tournament and been getting the run around when my winnings would be paid I was told they don't pay the winnings right away and it takes 48 hours to be paid then I spoke with a recent agent who told me I've been paid at exactly 18:59 on March 25th which I have a screen shot of the agents statement saying I got paid out March 25th at 1859 but I do not see it in my account history! Which I followed step by step with the agent! But they say they see it has been paid when I clearly would know that I received my winnings otherwise I wouldn't ask. Doesn't my account history matter that the payment if paid to me would show on my account history who knows with what they are sending me through email if they fabricated it or not and also 2 times during dragon's fire I had free spins and didn't get to play it out one was 24 spins alm together since I hit it twice but game froze when I had 18 spins remaining and had to restart and it paid me out a small amount and also the second time when I had to choose between 3 free spins it froze which I also have screenshot and had to restart and paid me out such a small amount like this ❤️♥️❤️ is starting to become a trend for me after winning a large amount my games and winnings now aren't being paid out properly

  3. Hey Ray, I'm going through similar problem with my withdrawal. I tried to withdraw my funds on June 30, but decided I wanted to cancel my funds. I get prompted with cancel withdrawal on the deposit section on Unibet website. As I click cancel the page would quickly refresh and the same notification would keep popping up. I spoke with 4 different agents all giving me different answers and telling me they are not qualified to do any transactions. In what way would this be a problem to cancel funds which was already in my account which was never sent to my bank. But I'm having to deal with issues with returning my funds back, I thought something such as this would be resolved quicker but I've been frantically waiting because I was told numerous times it will be all settled in no time, if in no time was meant to be taken literally. If you can find a solution I would greatly appreciate the help and knowledge you have acquired and gained through all these experiences. Please and thank you regards, santi deleom
  4. Ok so I tried to withdraw funds 2 days ago or day and half. Yesterday I decided to cancel my funds being withdrawn. I GET MESSAGE SAYING the money has been deposited back into my account. Which has not yet happened, I spoken to 4 different agents, giving me the run around and all with different answers, on why my money is taking so long. They said there isnt anyone in the department until the next morning which is now. Tried to check up on my status but get told they have no idea what's going on. Like what is happening here, isnt the funds suppose to return back into the account right away it's not like it was already sent. It was still awaiting to be withdrawn and sent. But they are giving me the hardest time with things that are irrelevant to the questions I asked. How does this process work and who can I speak to get this already handled. I have a screenshot of the confirmation that the money is in my account which appears to be a load of crap.
