Hi @Stubbe-Unibet sorry but there are so many threads I have no clue where to put what. For MTT's on the 15th are we still waiting for refunds or do you need the ID if I haven't been refunded yet? Also how have the servers been today are we ok to play tonight?

@Brocky Yes you what he actually said was he won't review individual cases from the 15th but would look at other issues ie from last night within a couple of hours so wind your neck in and make sure you read the post properly before trying to be the teachers pet

I was blinded out from 63,000 to 0 no compensation at all when I was in 8th place at the time and top prize was near enough €200. Your server failing is not my fault and me cashing without even getting a chance to play is not a satisfactory outcome. I appreciate the bonus points but that falls way short of what I potentially could have won so please review this as per your policy when issues occur as a result of your technical issues.
