The Poker product team chooses to be here helping out with issues, but we're not required to. This means response time will vary depending on a variety of factors. It can be easier to raise a more obscure or rare issue/request here than via CS because it's unlikely they'll be unable to answer it and we'll just end up dealing with it anyway but in general customer support are there 24/7 to help you with generic queries so for something like a fraud report, they're prepared to take the required steps.

Sent the report off to Fraud for checking. These reports should really go to CS so they're picked up earlier.

It's not a schedule issue, it's a client issue so doesn't come under the promo. It shouldn't show you can reg tournaments with tickets when the buy-in type is set to cash only.

The ticket tag won't delete for some reason. Just added it as an option instead 🙂

It includes a sat seat because it's a multi flight, multi entry event so we added the sat as an extra way to get another entry. You could sell your additional seat if you didn't want it. If you arrived earlier then I'd assume you could play an earlier sat. For hotel arrangements you'd need to confirm this with the event organisers about the package flexibility. I can check with the DSO Boss tomorrow and get some more info.

Just +1'ing this We'll run flips, one for each event from Sunday, with all the entrants so it triggers an extra "event" played. There was a tag missing from the event templates.

Technically you could win the package and just take the €400 cash. You lose the value of everything else but it's still a nice turnaround on €10 and a few hours invested.

Opinion noted. I need to stop responding to things on my days off 🙂 At least you didn't have to to wait until Tuesday though, which is when I'm back to work and would have answered the case normally. Every cloud... 🙂

It's a €50 ticket, not a package, and that option only existed when packages could be won via the old challenge loyalty system and was for customers that won one via qualifiers before getting one via the challenge system.

As you were told by CS in live chat, you cannot exchange the ticket.
