  1. Since the MTT/Series schedule has everything to do with me...

I'll echo Stubbes responses to everything and add some more context.

The slower the tournament, the worse it is for bad players, because they're going to get chewed up postflop by good players. What players want, and what it good for them are two different things a lot of the time. One of the worst performing tournaments we ran during the micro series last year was the slowest tournament and at the lowest buy-in. Saying that, the schedule isn't specifically designed to make all low stakes tournaments fast, but has everything to do with them finishing at a reasonable time if they're one day tournaments. It also has nothing to do with encouraging rebuys, if we wanted that, we'd extend the late reg past 20bb starting stack (which is a lot earlier than competitors) and/or we'd just uncap the rebuy amount. We don't do either of these, at the expense of making money, to improve player experience.

We've been tailoring the blind level to adjust for field size for multiple series now, this isn't new and you're the first person to complain about the change. It's also not unique to Unibet, look at major series on other sites and you'll see the same thing.

You pay 5% rake on any PKO, at any buy-in, in any tournament, series or regular, for blind levels from 5min+ and it's been this way since Oct 2022. It's the lowest rake for PKOs in the regulated industry by a good margin. The majority of sites charge more rake at lower stakes than at higher in MTTs... $11 (10+1) vs $109 (100+9) for example, where as we do not.

Errrm . you might want to check the news. GG and ACR are both in the middle of massive cheating scandals, including back door, super user access.

It is prudent to be wary when the biggest players in the market have just been exposed as having many, many rigged games and cheaters on their sites.

Neither of the above site issues were related to the RNG used for the card distribution. GGs issue was based on a client vulnerability, a software issue that technically any site could have at some point, but is very likely not done by the site on purpose to give certain players an advantage, and the ACR issue is bot related, again nothing to do with the way cards are distributed.

When it comes to the RNG and the actual card distribution, it's tested by multiple jurisdictions and independent 3rd parties of a sample much bigger than 1-2m hands and they're all happy that it's completely random. Poker makes up a tiny % of the profit for not only Unibet, but all the major sites, so it makes zero sense to risk one or multiple licenses trying to rig card distribution so a subset of players gets more bad beats than another, or gets dealt aces less than they should.

  3. Hi @Mano4,

Only selected UDSO stops are available for the package to be used on. These are normally mentioned in the tournament description, as posted above. With the package being a fixed value all year, there are some stops where the value wouldn't cover everything so we exclude them from the options.

Normally, hotel is inclusive of a guest but for the UDSO/MPF it does not include a guest.

If you win a package, you can always discuss with the event organizer if there are alternatives or adjustments that can be made to the package arrangements, Alex is normally very accommodating 🙂

    Blah blah blah

You know the email will go to some random CS agent right? Stubbe probably never sees it.

What you've just said is "it's ok to be racist against an entire race of humans, if you were bullied by a handful of humans of that specific race as a kid".

Nate F. Higgers is racism? If that's so obvious, why did it make it past your word filter?

So Nate gets banned for racism against black people, but Stubbe was willing to let it go, had Nate apologized to white Stubbe? Correct, @Andy-Relax?

Hackers are constantly finding new ways to exploit software. Racists are constantly finding new ways to spread hate.

They're apologizing for breaking the terms and conditions, so they're apologizing to a company filled with employees of different races and religions and all the customers of equal diversity that use the product for breaching the terms.

What bit of all this winds you guys up so much?

    1. The fact you can't be racist on the product (which one of you can't even use)?

    2. If you're caught breaking the T&Cs you agreed to on signup by being racist on the product, you're punished?

    3. Your punishment for being racist on the product may include you having to admit you're a racist and that you have to keep your hate off the product?

Oh i am. And always happy to make world better with pointing out flawed thinking. You are welcome, just in case you learned something...

    I did not.

You just reinforced my understanding of you.

  7. "nate" broke the terms and conditions they agreed to when signing up for an account. The punishment for the breach is at the discretion of the company based on the severity of the breach, which is also defined in the T&Cs they agreed to on signup. It's pretty straight forward. Maybe Stubbe shouldn't have said apology and that product access wouldn't be granted until the customer confirmed they had re-read the T&Cs but that's just semantics because it achieves the same goal either way.

If you're annoyed about how a regulator dealt with something then you should probably take it up with them. I don't even know what you're referencing but it's not relevant to this situation.

  8. It doesn't, which is why I agreed with you. Should have been a straight account closure.

You'd have ask whatever regulator was involved why they gave whatever punishment. Trying to compare apples to oranges there.

  9. 23.1.2 You shall not make any statements that are threatening, sexually explicit or offensive, including but not limited to messages that are expressions of bigotry, racism, hatred, prejudice or profanity;

Legal previous stated this covers aliases as well.

    There's your why.

You're both right though, Stubbe should have just closed the account, not given the customer a second chance 🙂

  10. Hi @lovethisgame, your tickets will not be exchanged. They were generated to allow players the chance to play the phase tournament and nothing else.

You qualified for phase 2 of the €50 phase on 30/10. Knowing this, you then made the choice to play qualifiers on 12/11 and 15/11, trying to take advantage of overlay in those qualifiers, with no intention of re-entering the phase 1s. If you had no intention of playing any more phase 1s, you should not have entered the qualifiers.

  11. In Psychos specific case, he won 2 tickets on the day of his qualification to phase 2 and I think it would be a fair argument to say you'd tried to win 2 tickets because you either wanted a 2nd bullet for the phase 1 that night or as cover if you didn't make it for a future phase 1.

I'd like as many generated tickets for the phases to end up in them but I wouldn't want to encourage players to needlessly use spare tickets to attempt to try and qualify for a bigger stack as I think it's a -EV move.

There are going to be distinctions between someone winning phase 1 tickets days after qualifying and situations like the one above, so as they're case by case, I'll deal with them post series.

i dont play tournaments. is it possible to change them into hexa tickets?

It is not possible. They're promotional tickets for the series.

    @Andy-Relax @Stubbe-Unibet

Sorry for bothering but my 100uos tix from the 50x100gtd phase hasn't been credited somehow, also got unused 50phase after making day2 already, would be nice having a regular 50uos and that 100uos for the Sunday mains. Thank you

Was a tagging error on the €100, it should appear correctly after a client restart.

Unused tickets will be dealt with after the series is over.
