Thanks a bunch for the help on this with the screenshots and so forth, it's really nice to get these threads everyone once in a while where we don't dwelve too much into the negative, but instead stay focused on the fix. @Dubb I had a suspicion but didn't want to mention it until I had confirmation from the sportsbook. The reason we're not offering DOTA bets for you are because of the newly set regulation in your country, which we have every intent on following. 
It's my understanding that in DOTA, quite few of the participants are under 18, so we've decideded not to offer any bets on it in your country in order to follow said rules. I know it's annoying when the games you want to bet on aren't there, but I hope it's understandable as to why.

@maruni I agree that it's not good to place a bet of at least odds 1.40 because of wrongful information given by a live chat agent - though I must say it's quite positive that he/she sent an email to you right away to let you know of the mistake. 
The bet was for €15, right? How do you feel if we add a new free bet for the same amount as compensation? We can also do it as bonus money if you'd prefer.
It's also very unfortunate about the incorrect corner statistics being on site(I truly hate when this happens), but that one I can't do much about as it is what will happen a rare once in a while due to the technical aspects of how the updates are made. The odds of 2.90 sounds correct considering the actual scenario of the match and for the same reason, we also wouldn't have voided the bet if you had won and you would have gotten to keep the winnings.
@Steve1 Which kind of combination bets are you having trouble with?

Could you try and delete cookies in your browser, before trying the login again please? From my end it looks like the login attempts are going through, but from what you describe it could be a bad cookie loop. If it doesn't work after the clearing cookies, we'll have a further look and see if it needs solving a different way.

Hi @Jebulaani, I'm not sure what caused a delay on the settlement of this bet, but I'm happy to see it turn into a winner though :) Apologies for the inconvenience,  we're always doing our best to settle bets as quickly as possible, but it does happen once in a while that there's a small delay.

@Romeje About the cash out, it's not something we can guarantee is active on all bets at all moments. Though if it was fixed like you explain, I imagine we might have had some issues with automatic updates for the match - which is in line with all bets for the match itself being settled later than we'd like. 
Sorry again guys, it happens a rare once in a while that we have an issue like this on a match, but due to the tech involved around the automatic updates it is bound to happen once in a blue moon :)

I've checked the communication you've had with your local customer support, and as far as I can tell, a case was made with the payments supplier as soon as we received the bank statement from you on the 14th of April. We followed up on that case with the supplier in question on Thursday, but unfortunately have not heard back from them yet.
I'm sorry for the withdrawal not being paid out correctly, unfortunately that happens a rare once in a while on online transactions. We'll do our best to have it corrected as soon as possible, but a screenshot confirming you not receiving the payment was needed before we could inquire about it with the payments provider.

Hi @ahojjjjj, heard back from the Sportsbook on this just now: We'll be offering a range of individual player season bets in the coming weeks, but unfortunately your request won't be one of them. The reason being, that the chances of Acuna having a 40-40 season is extremely unlikely, as it's only ever been achieved by four players ever in history. The player season specials that we will be offering though, will be available until the start of the regular season. I hope that some of the specials that we end up do offering, will be attractive and relevant for you even though we can't turn the particular request into fruition.

You accepted the odds on offer for Mazzini, (100/30), but if you wished to take SP then he could have by clicking SP instead of 10/3 on the racecard you placed your bet bet. As for the best prize guarantee, I'm afraid it only covers races in the UK and Ireland, while this one was in Meydan, Dubai - https://www.unibet.co.uk/promotions/sportsbook-promotions/best-odds-guaranteed.
