  9. Currency change is only possible via new account. This is something that we can do, but it means the closure of the old account. When it comes to Community accounts, I think we can actually link that account to your new Unibet account if you wish to do so, but don't quote me on that yet, I need to confirm that it's possible first. :) In the event that you want to change the currency and we ask you to create a new one, you will not get banned due to multiaccounting, that's certain. Edit: But please note, that it is completely up to us if we allow the new account with the new currency or not, and for example cases where new account has been requested just to claim new player benefits/promotions, we might suggest a new account with no promotions at all. Basically if we think the new account will be solely created to claim welcome bonuses and other new player benefits, we might decline it.

  13. Hey @wwaanneess and sorry for this, I completely understand the frustration. I'll check the situation with the UK tickets. Also, while there certainly is genuine customers stuck in the "crossfire" every now and then, the amount of not genuine customers getting caught due to verifications is still so much higher, that it "justifies" the false positives. :)

  17. Hey @wwaanneess, Do you still have the same numbers in your card? If the expiry date is different, that's absolutely OK and we can just verify the card itself. If you don't have the card anymore, then it's unfortunately not possible to make a new deposit with a new card, as that would not verify the old one at all. I'm checking about the UK Tour tickets. :)
