I'm not 100% certain why nothing has been done for all this time, but nobody seems to want to help. Anyways, it's a shame; I made my first deposit today - after since signing up to simply get a bonus, I've actually began to feel like I could play here regular. We should obviously have investigated your claim the first time you contacted customer service. I've looked into your activity for the slot championship during the last couple of days and I can confirm that you've received the freespins you were entitled to.You're right about the initials J.C. on the leaderboard of the 15th of June but I checked the account number for this J.C. and it wasn't yours. You did play on the 15th, although none of the slot games you played were linked to the slot championship.You finished between 250-500 the day before (on the 14th), and by this position you earned 25 freespins which was added to your account the following day (15th of June).I've informed my colleague in customer service that we're handling the case here on the community so you won't receive an email from the agent. I now understand this 'J.C' is not me. It is my fault for thinking this. However I feel there needs to be a much easier way to idnetify yourself in a leaderboard. This is made very clear here as I qualified the previous day under the same initials. I accept this has now been solved for me. Don't worry though in terms of me being happy. I'm still very happy here, it's fast becoming my second place open and come have a look at when I'm online looking to bet/depsoit. I haven't deposited much to date, but that will change soon as I like it here now. I'm glad I joined the community and stuck around long enough to be able to make an informed opinion.
