Ulviir Posted May 20, 2017 Share Posted May 20, 2017 Hello,Today twice I had problem with skrill deposit.3 hours ago I deposited 80 zl, and still it's not on my unibet account, even if I have processed status on skrill.It was twice today this situation, first one after hour was ok, now it's 3 hours and nothing.Could you help me? I don't see any 80 zl deposits from yesterday though (there was a 80 zl deposit two days ago). You made a 120zl Skrill deposit about three hours before you wrote this post and the money went in to your account at the same time you deposited. There were two other deposit attempts last night - I can't see the amount you tried to deposit but the status of both deposits is "cancelled by customer".Can you please take a screenshot of your Skrill account showing the 80 zl deposit and send it to contact@unbietcommunity.com? The money has now been added to your account.I spoke with my colleague from the payment team - apparently there seems to be a glitch between our deposit backoffice and your Skrill account which caused a delay. There was no sign of a successful 80 zl deposit last night in our own backoffice, but my colleague found it when he checked with Skrill.
