ianbeany Posted May 20, 2017 Share Posted May 20, 2017 Hi, I noticed there have been a few threads lately concerning withdrawl issues and the Mods seem to have been quite helpful so I would be most grateful if one could have a look into this for me.I had a withdrawl for £90 processed on the 16th - ID: 1209570580I then had two more withdrawls processed on the 17th - ID: 1209603087 and ID: 1209613618 The two withdrawls on the 17th were in my bank account the next day but there is still no sign of the first withdrawl in my account and its now been 4 days.Could it still turn up in the next few days or does it look like there is a problem with it? Thank you for letting us know about the missing withdrawal.There's no sign of an issue with the withdrawal - everything is processed and the money is on it's way to your account. If you haven't received it by Tuesday morning, we'll ask our payment provider to have a look at it (can't ask them to investigate already as it's not our own department). In order for us to start the investigation, we'll need a picture/copy of your bank account transaction history showing all transactions since the day you made the withdrawal. Feel free to hide information about the different transactions, if the amount isn't equal to the withdrawal amount. You can either send it to support or contact@unibetcommunity.com.
