While you are playing let the phone enter sleep mode/lock it self3. Unlock the phone and Relaunch application The App will request credentials 4. Enter credentials and click LoginRESULT:The application will return "Uknown Error" or it will login the application (cause I can see my bankroll) but the login screen is still displayed I am fixing the issue by Force closing the application (I am sorry if this is a duplicate issue, I have searched for one and coudn't find it) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Select "System Settings."Scroll down towards the bottom of the menu.Select the "About phone" option.Check the number under "Android version." I want to be able to play poker on my mobile, and i can't because you can't find the root problem. So then what can i do next? Withdraw my bankroll and lose me as a client? Ok then. You have a ton of complains about this problem, and still no fix. That' not ok at all. I'm using iphone 6 with 9.3.3 ios. Just so you know, i have the same problem, unkown error everyday. JeppeL Posted May 26, 2017 Share Posted May 26, 2017 @Spd @GabiSer07 and all others who's experiencing this bug: I know it sucks and the bug has high priority beacuse as you say, it makes the mobile client not work for you guys - which we don't have an interest in, at all.
