I read from terms and conditions that freebet will be credited at 17.4.2017.I still not have that freebet with me and I have take a contact with couple of times but it seems that they are not responding with this issue at all. They maybe forward this request to Santeri Salmi, who is my VIP-manager but he is on a trip so I was thinking that if someone else could credit it for me. And because of this very long waiting I have been asked that if you could make an good will gesture and credit me with a bigger freebet or bonus money for a loyalty customer. But what I don't understand is that there are really no one who could fix that little thing for me and make a refund because I think it is not a big deal or a difficult to make. Also I hear that bonus people can take e-mails but really I have not got respond at all. Maybe I have to wait Santeri, but I really hope that you could fix that sooner. More than 95 % of the employees are at the same conference these days -happens every three years, so think it's fair to say that there're some very special circumstances. Why we just can't go back to free bonus money instead of freebets? :P And when Theisk mention that NHL freebet, I noticed that I did not get it either. You're not the only one with that opinion, and it's probably the main reason why the old client s still available.We don't know yet to be honest. The plan is to make sure that most of the customers with the same opinion as you are satisfied with the new client before we remove the old one. I admit that I wasn't the biggest fan of the new client neither when they released it (e.g. a few buttons were placed in the wrong area which made it confusing to use), but I like it more now after the development team made few changes. I had 10e risk free bet for El Clasico and I was thinking to use it later of this evening. I accept this bonus offer ready earlier so I will not forget it. After that you added me this 10e freebet and I place a bet with it but I noticed that risk free bet have been gone with that bet and it was not clearly my purpose. To be honest I did not even know that it is possible to use risk free bet with a free bet because Unibet does not allow layer bonuses.
