Can't deposit/withdaw from/to skrill

@TTABKATA Sorry, I was a bit too fast earlier and gave the wrong information. There was a decision made a while back by the Payments team, to remove the possibilty of depositing or withdrawing using Skrill in certain countries. Your country unfortunately falls in under this classification and I can't get the option added back for you :(

@TTABKATA You're absolutely right, but it's a decision that's at the discretion of the Payments and Player Safety teams. The best solution I can offer at the moment is to do the withdrawal via bank transfer, it's very fast and reliable.

I have to give a negative feedback on the matter as well. Same thing apparently happened to my country as well, without a notice. This is very inappropriate to not give any heads up to your customers who were exclusively using this method for deposits and withdraws. I already asked your support for any other solution but bank transfers, but was told it's not an option. Is there really no other solution i.e. withdraw with Paysafe or some other online wallet. I don't mind paying an extra fee.

@NotFake I understand the frustration and respect that you make your opinion heard here in the thread. Unfortunately I can't offer a solution that includes another online wallet as the issue isn't with Skrill itself, but with offering e-wallets in general on some of the markets in which we operate - the fraud costs were too high compared to the revenue we make in said markets - I truly hope it's something we can solve and make the different payment options available for you again in the future.
