jacekka
I wanna cancel my bets nr 1096779252 and 1096779261. As we know the circumstances of the game Borussia - Monaco has changed and I placed my bets before the terrorist attack. So know I wanna void my bets. MarcoV
The horrible attack last night must indeed have made an impression on the players, but the odds haven't changed remarkably since the attack, so the circumstances for the match including number of goals should be the same as before.Usually we can cancel a bet as a one-time exception, but I'm not sure if they're willing to do it for the reason you mentioned - the case would've been different if you placed the bet by mistake.I'm happy to give it a try and see if we can cancel the bet but I can't guarantee anything. Please let me know which bet you'd like to get cancelled the most and I'll call the traders to see if we can do anything :) Former community moderator
jacekka
My 2 bets were placed on the same event in the game so I'd like to cancel both. I read that many Borussia players couldn't have slept during the night so in my opinion they won't be in 100% regular shape.
MarcoV
@jacekka I need to know which one of the two bets you'd like to get cancelled the most. If I call them and ask to void both, they'll refuse it right away, as they only void one bet as a one-time exception for each customer. The odds has actually increased a bit since you placed the bet, so the market doesn't agree with you about this incident having a negative impact on your bet :) You're definitely right about the fact that it has made an impact on the players and everyone else involved in the match, but the odds are still more or less the same, both on 1X2 and over/under. MarcoV
My bad - I didn't see that the bet type was the same. I'll call them and see if we can void the bets Former community moderator

MarcoV
@jacekka, I had a chat with one of the traders. Unfortunately we won't be able to cancel your bets - he explained that you'll need to ask us to void a bet within 3 hours after the bet has been placed. I hoped that the rule didn't apply for this bet, considering the attack last night, but that wasn't the case :(I'm sorry for the outcome on your request. jacekka
Yeah, I noticed before that talking to your traders is like talking to a wall, nevermind.
Alan195
If you want you can "cancel" your bet by betting on the opposite result. For exemple if you took Dortmund wins you bet for Monaco or draw proportionnaly and it should work. You may lose a few euros though. I don't think it is against the rules. Of course if you chose "XXX3 to score it won't ork sorry.
MarcoV
Good idea, @Alan195 :) He will lose a few euros indeed if he backs both outcomes, but it's worth considering. As long as you're not using a bonus, you're free to bet on both outcomes. Former community moderator
