@Chris-Unibet, table prioritisation does not work at all for me since the last update. I've tried turning it on and off and I get nothing. No flashing in the taskbar and tables never get brought to teh front. Doesn't matter what software I have running.

Has anyone else noticed it or is it just me? :(

• Register with ticket issue

Regarding the issue with the ticket I had, registering with cash instead of a ticket in a 50€ Unibet Open tournament because of a bug, I received a response from support and it didn't get solved. I think they misunderstood what I was trying to tell them.

I haven't had this issue since, but it seems that shortly after restarting the poker client there can be significant lag during the registration process in tournaments, sometimes, other times it's pretty fast. 

• Poker_log issue

My mistake, disregard what I said below, I was looking at the Poker_log in %AppData% , didn't realize the correct one was in Documents, that one does contain the latest version. 

Yes, there is no mention of the latest version in the entire file. The last log in there is [28-02-2017 09:21:18] Unibet Poker 2.2.2.70 even though I've played every day. I complete deleted everything and reinstalled and played a bit and now I don't even have a Poker_log file in %AppData%/Roaming/Unibet Poker

• Full Schedule not refreshing

I don't think there is a way to reproduce it every time, it seems to mostly happen when I've had the tournament lobby open for a long time, and then I try to register to stuff, but I've also had it happen right after opening the client and registering unregistering a tournament, then trying to register to a next one and it refreshed to another one, happened a few times then it worked normally, this one probably had something to do with the list shifting down during the registration process.

Also I can't seem to reproduce the issue right now to test it, but it might be possible to register to the wrong tournament with no warning or visual cue if you have the dropdown of a tournament open and then the list shifts without refreshing and then you click register. I think I managed to do this earlier, but I'm not completely sure if it was just 1 click, since I wasn't expecting the issue and can't trigger it at will :P

• Hand Replayer crashes and other freezes and issues

Haven't had a single crash cause by the hand replayer until now, so that's great. Only had a couple of software freezes like the ones mentioned in my previous post, unrelated to the hand replayer. Also didn't have the log in box problem since, but also didn't have many quick restarts either.

However I did have a random issue with the hand replayer, where the entire background was pitch black, no table background and stuff but the players and cards were still visible and worked fine.

Also Ian Simposon had an issue with it on stream where he kept the replayer of certain hands open till the end of the stream to review, but when he tried at the end the replayer wouldn't work anymore, it was just stuck at that current point, maybe it's not intended to be kept open or maybe he played more than 500 hands in the meantime, or maybe it has to do with the tournament ending, not sure.

Unfortunately it doesn't include that session, probably because I reinstalled the client a couple of times since, including today, to see if the Poker_log thing fixes itself, before I figured out that I was looking at the wrong Poker_log :D ,  so it only has what I played today. If I'll have more issues I'll make sure to come back and post some logs.

Editing my post because I've just received added news. Devs are working on something that could explain why the client is crashing for you. 

They're asking if you could follow the bellow steps. I don't have a Mac myself so I don't know how clear the steps are but if you have any questions, please let me know.

1. Find Poker Application in Finder.
2. Select it and press right mouse button
3. In Menu select something like "Show Package Content"
4. Will be some folder there. I do not remember exact name of the folder, but go to each of them and subfolders too.
5. Somewhere you will find a file with the name like Coherent_Browser.log
6. I need this file. Maybe some helpful information will be found in it"

I can reproduce the table prioritisation problem on my work laptop so I don't know if that's affecting everyone yet but that's not just you.

For me, it takes priority over the poker lobby but not anything else (tried with two browsers and outlook).

Devs found a problem related to MacBook pro or iMac with Nvidia (because of a bug in NVIDIA drivers). So if you have nvidia graphics, this should solve your issue about the Mac client not starting:

- Open up 'About This Mac'
- Click where it says 10.10.2 or 10.10.1, etc.
- This will display your build number
- Download the right driver for your build (see: https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/solving-nvidia-driver-install-loading-problems.161256/)

Would one of you be able to install a new build today that I would provide you via private message? This is about the choppy design on tables. Devs think they found the reason but it's not affecting all configurations so if someone experiencing it can test the fix build, that'd be awsome.

New build looks better for me. There is slight fog on the cards, but no pixels, and sharpness problems on avatars/cards.

Looks better for me, also. Maybe a little bit foggy cards but I found it looks alot more foggy when you take the printscreen and save it as a photo, there is some quality loss.

It's fixed table prioritisation for me. I've noticed if you try and tile 2x1 (1 horizontal. 2 vertical) it just makes the table fullscreen to the point where it's just bigger than the full screen size. Also 2x2 is overlapping still.

Back with the loading table bug now with logs :)

Was playing 3 tables and had to restart the poker client because of the password bug, after I came back one of my tables was stuck in a loading state, I believe I was in the middle of a hand at that table while restarting, just 3 betted someone, early levels so not a big deal, just mentioning it in case it has something to do with it. also while closing the client a black table would remain in that place. I had to restart 2 more times I believe for the table to return to normal.
