It seems to be an isolated case as we haven't seen this issue around too much and I also had a chat with the guys on Live Chat. Some more information that could potentially be relevant in order to solve this would be the following: - A screenshot of your device's specs -Does the Racing platform open if accessed from the browser of the device? -Have you tried switching to 4G?
