Working for me. Try turning phone off/on. Make sure your connection is stable. If it's still giving problems you can try redownloading app

Hi @Red_Striker and sorry for the very late reply! Are you still experiencing the issue? If so, would it be possible for you to take a screenshot after trying the log in? We'll create a case with the technical department as soon as we have it!

Hi @Red_Striker, thank you for the screenshot. I've sent this to be checked by tech as soon as possible.

It seems to be an isolated case as we haven't seen this issue around too much and I also had a chat with the guys on Live Chat.

Some more information that could potentially be relevant in order to solve this would be the following:

- A screenshot of your device's specs

-Does the Racing platform open if accessed from the browser of the device?

-Have you tried switching to 4G?

My phone is an iPhone 6s 128gb with 38gb free

yes The racing platform opens if I go via Safari

i sent the screenshot whilst on my Virgin media Wi-Fi - if I switch wi-if off and use 4G I get the same result.

it is definitely the Unibet app - all other bookmaker apps that I use work fine

Sorry for taking so long, this is still being investigated and there is already a project to address this issue. Thank you for reporting it, the guys are working on a fix and will roll it out as soon as possible.
