Won 10c in the step it up, but I don't think it was credited to my account

I won 10c in the step it up, but I don't think it was credited to my account. Is there anyway you can check for me please

@Nestabear, If you look at your account on the main Unibet site you'll see when you have been credited money.

But usually when I win money in the poker client it shows up immediately in the poker client ?

Yeah, it'll be instant.

If you spent .10 and won .10 then there would be no change in your balance.

no I get that @MoreTBC. But I had 18c, spent 10c to enter had 8c left. Then won 10c so I should have 18c again... but I only have 8c.

Should be instant then. I'd check your account to see if anything strange has happened.

@Nestabear, you played the Unibet Open Centroll earlier today (€0.1 buy-in), which is why you only have 8c at the moment :) I checked the tournament details and it looks like everything is paid out from the Step it Up tourney last night.

Thanx for checking @MarcoV. I must be missing something then... I thought I had 18c before I started the step it up tourney. But if I won 10c then would my balance not be 10c or more... how can I have 8c if I just won 10c ?

@Nestabear, from where I see it looks like you had 14c when signing up to the step it up tourney = 4c after buy-in.

This is how the transaction is showing in our backoffice:

The column with "0.04" is your updated balance after the buy-in.

If it still doesn't make sense, I'll send you an overview of yesterday's transactions :)
