First bet void - £30 bonus?

I signed up to recieve the £30 free bets if my first bet lost. My first bet was void due to the Dortmund match being postponed and I receieved my initial stake back as expected. Sadly though this has counted towards the 'first bet' which was neither a win nor loss. Is this working as intended? Doesn't seem right.

Welcome to the community, @Leakler! :)

It's how it's intended to work, but if you lose the 2nd bet, just post in this thread, and we'll credit you the stake of the lost bet.

Good luck! :)

EDIT:  when I checked this night, your first bet placed didn't show in the history (I probably had a wrong filter applied), so my reply didn't make much sense.

I have found out that the £30 they give you is just game credit and all winning you get from that £30 will also be game credit and not cash. I'm still waiting for my reply on this subject.

Welcome to the community, @PC. Thanks for asking in here.

There's a wagering requirement on the £30 bonus you received from the first bet. So far you've fulfilled approx. 36% of the total wagering requirement so you still need to place some more bets in order to complete the bonus. As soon as you've wagered the bonus three times playing sportsbook (odds of 2/5 or higher), the money will be transferred to your cash balance :)

Quoting the first part of the terms and conditions for the bonus:

Bonus Terms & Conditions
If your first sports bet loses, we will refund your stake up to £30 as bonus money. You can then withdraw your stake as well as any winnings from subsequent bets placed once you have completed the following requirements:

Sportsbook: Bet your bonus 3x
To withdraw your refunded stake, you need to simply wager your bonus money 3 times. So, for e.g. if your first bet of £10 loses, we will credit you £10 instantly as bonus money. You need to place three subsequent bets of £10 to make your original stake and all associated winnings withdrawable.
Only bets with odds of 2/5 or higher count. Only bets settled within the bonus validity period of 60 days will count. Combined Live and pre-match bets do not contribute towards the bonus wagering.'
