Refund request (missing cards)

Cards and button were missing, couldn't play.

Please refund.

Same thing happened couple days earlier in €2 omaha tournament.

I wrote about it in "Having issues with the client?"- thread.

Please take a look at it. Forgot to take a picture of the first tournament.

Please refund the earlier tournament too.

Refund total:€4

The first tournament was 14.2.2017 or 15.2.2017 50 GTD Omaha Bounty. Starting time 21.30 EET.
The second tournament was 21.2.2017 €40 GTD Omaha Multi-buy starting time 01.15 EET.
Hope i got those times right.
There's no hurry, take a look at these when you can. I hope you will fix the problem too.

@KampelaFace Must have been a frustrating error and I apologize for the inconvenience. I can compensate yesterdays tournament without problem in form of a new €2 ticket. Then one from the 14th though, I see that you spent €6 in total buy-in and got a prize of €5.46, which is very close and makes it hard for me to make a issue a refund as it seems the client was working again and you got to play on.

@KampelaFace As an engineer I have to say

"Did you try turning it on and off again?"

Closing the table helps in a lot of the cases, which makes you lose 1 hand at the most. If that doesn't work, then restarting the client could probably help aswell... 

I think you should've done a bit more effort here :) But it's not my decision ofcourse :p

The later tourney is OK if you give me the €2 ticket,

The earlier one i'm talking about is not a multibuy tournament.

It was a €2 €50 guaranteed Omaha tournament that is part of the low MTT-league.

It took place eiher on 14.2 or 15.2. I wrote about it in the "having issues with he client"- thread. Thread says i wrote on wednesday. Forum time is UK time, right?

So im not exactly sure if the tournament was on tuesday or wednesday EET time.

Definitely didn't cash in that tournament and don't have a picture.

Problem was exactly the same. No cards no button etc.

So i kinda understand if you don't refund that tournament because i don't have a picture. I can assure you though that i'm not trying to scam €2 from Unibet.

Maybe the problem has something to do with the €2 buy-in or late reg or webclient.

I have played some €4 Omaha tourneys without problems.

I don't think this is solved just yet. I mean i love free stuff like extra tickets and such, but where is my refund?

A new addition to my cardless Omaha tournaments: 35 GTD speed omaha bought in for €1 4.3.2017 14:15 EET

So my refund request is now @€5

Also the display hand strength switch does nothing in the webclient.

The "extra tickets" were your refund @KampelaFace

Once again. Missing players and cards can be solved by rebooting the client. Normally you should be able to play after a reboot.

A goodwilll compensation? I just posted a picture of a €1 tournament with no cards.

Don't get me wrong @JeppeL. I like you, but this looks like a standard compensaton to me.

You asked me if you did take care of my €4 refunds last week. If you did, i completely missed it. Can you tell me on what day you refunded me so i can check my account history.

This is a community, so anyone from the community can answer where they want. Mostly to enlighten the weight from the shoulders of the staff.

I answered your questions.

You got refunded 4 euro in 2x2 euro MTT tickets...

@KampelaFace I first added one and then another after initially checking the wrong tournament, it's confirmed by both of us in the posts around this: https://www.unibetcommunity.com/t5/Help-Support/Refund-request-missing-cards/m-p/74154#M2644.

We're always hear to help, but it's the nature of the community, that all members have the right to respond in the topics they see fit - for private communication with Unibet staff I'd advise contacting your local customer support.

I believe there's information in this thread that other members might find useful, and such I won't delete the thread but instead lock it for now responses, I hope this is alright with you.
