The only promotion I could find was NBA club which states if you place 50 or more on NBA in a week you get a freebet.However, I've never actually placed 50 on NBA alone and its always been other sports which got me over the required amount. A couple of the freebets are from community promos but rest are from the daily sportsbook promotion which I received on Mondays Today, I didnt receive my freebet. Should have been in the 20-40 range since I bet more than last week where I got a 20.I got an email saying I didn't qualify since I didnt place enough on NBA. But I never placed enough and have always been getting freebets as long as $50+!If you guys changed it to NBA only you should have emailed customers. If I knew it was changed and not how its been for prior months I would gave bet more on NBA. Instead I bet around 40 on NBA and $100+ on other sports.Along with the super low limits and now this I am seriously considering changing sportsbooks. !
