I won a 2 euro ticket for unibet grand series but when I try to register to play with it it says insufficient funds, it happens to a friend too. Somebody knows why?

The 2E RPS Grand 300 tournaments are empty because the 2E Grand 300 tickets just do not work when I want to register with them. Even if I buy in with cash there's nobody to play with and the tournament is cancelled.
