I see one you played a bit after and from my side it looks like the connection there was fine. Did you try closing and reopening the table to see if it would help pick up the connection? By the time i would have done it i was already quite low in chips anyway and handicapped against the field (what i did not even know at that time).The window was responding and the info area updating constantly, so it did not freeze. JeppeL Posted February 6, 2017 Share Posted February 6, 2017 @MrBandes If you ever stumble over the issue again in the future, I'd advise that you try to close and re-open the table as soon as you see nothing is happening on the table. Also, if it happens again in a real money tournament, go ahead and contact customer support who'll open a compensation case with the poker team!
