Hey @Libanesen

If your adress is not verified yet, this means that your account isn't as well. So,that's the reason you can't withdraw your money. And you should never even deposit or try to withdraw before you know that you account is fully verfiied before and you have the green light to do whatever you want.

At Unibet,as the moderators explained in a few cases like yours, all the documents and withdrawal approvements are done by the Player Safety departement. They handle security and their most important objectives are in no particular order:

  1. To make sure that Unibet act in accordance to the the rules and regulations of our gambling licenses.
  2. To prevent and stop attempts of fraud towards Unibet.
  3. To prevent and stop attempts of fraud towards registered Unibet customers,
  4. To act in accordance with EU regulations on prevention of money laundering.

So i think all you need to do to have everything verified is to send a utility bill or a letter from your bank sent to your address within the last 3 months, and after you will do that you can continue with your request. And for sure your money are still there and nobody will try to take them  :)

Hi, I got the same treatment, tried to withdraw 2000e and got on hold. Ive been sending a dozen different documents today and still on hold with the withdraval. Ive been member for about two years and a year ago they made the last securitycheck with all the documents etc. It has never been a problem to deposit money, only with withdravals. Please could someone explain, the guy in helpdesk chat couldnt explain that...

Welcome to the community, Ola! :)

I apologize for any inconvenience caused by the document request. Here's a quote from another thread:

Every single bookmaker request documents from their customers in certain cases - personally I've sent documents to more than 10 different bookmakers, either to get the account verified or to get a withdrawal processed. In fact the bookmakers don't have an option in some cases, it's simply required by law - usually gaming license or money laundering related. The safety and security of our players is of the utmost importance.

Why have you been asked to send documents upon making a withdrawal, and not when signing up? Would you have preferred to send multiple documents before you could even play at the site? Some customers are asked to send in documents upon signup, but we never request documents without a reason. I can't comment on your specific case, but generally speaking there can be a lot of different reasons for why you might have to send in documents, and they are different for each country with their own local legislation.

It's true that you've already sent in some documents a while ago, but you never sent in the document we recently requested. As soon as the document is approved, your withdrawal will be processed.
