Raegar
Hi! I had the black screen issue with the client but tried to download it again after the update yesterday. When I start the client it seems fine, the colours are back, but it crashes the computer or it just becomes real mess ... Will try to upload a screen shot of it. When just the client crashes and not the computer, my computer says that the graphics drive routines are shut down so I guess the problem is associated to that. Any ideas of what I can do? Raegar
So this is what happens when the computer does not shut down. The pop up says "Graphics drive routines is not answering and has been recovered.
MoreTBC
Press the Windows Key + RType "dxdiag" in the search fieldPost a picture on the community of the "System" and "Display" tab That'll help them work out what's going on. MoreTBC
@Chris-Unibet, out of date driver issue? Have you read my blog HERE... It's long isn't it :)
MoreTBC
@Raegar, going by the date stamp on your drivers it looks like they're from 2012. Have a look at http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/detect.html and see if there are some up to date drivers for your graphics card. Have you read my blog HERE... Chris-Unibet
It has been reported to the devs but indeed, updating your drivers would be the first thing to try. @Raegar, can you please let us know if that changes anything for you?

JeppeL
@Raegar Are you copy/pasting the folder address into the address line of a folder? Otherwise the AppData folder can be a bit hard to find. Former Community Manager
Raegar
Hi again! Since I have my laptop from my school I contacted the computer technician and he helped me update the grafic drivers so now the client works! :) As a student I was apparently not authorized to do updates but all is fine now. Thanks for the help! Regards Henning
