I want to thank Marco for sorting out the issue, but it was indeed a waste of time. My 100 free spins netted a "bonus" of £1.86 (so I ran at almost double EV), but evidently the cash isn't available in the poker client. Apparently I can only add the money to my bankroll (and eventually cash it out) if I play yet more stupid slots with real money in order to clear the bonus. My poker cashier only had £174.75 in it. I understand these kind of bonus terms are fairly standard for online casinos (and effectively mean "Have some free spins, but you can't cash out your winnings unless you spend some real money, because there is no such thing as a free lunch") and cross-selling products like slots to poker players is one way the company maximises revenue, but I'm not part of the target market. I'm on Unibet solely for poker. I only played the freeroll poker tournament for a bit of entertainment, so it doesn't really bother me that I can't cash out the spin bonus (it's only 2 quid anyway!), but I'd wish I'd known the "free spins" weren't quite as free as they appeared. I guess I should have read all the small print on the website before registering for the tourney. (I can't remember if it had any details in the poker tournament lobby or the email that told me about the tourney. I don't think it did. I probably wouldn't have entered if it said something like "Win bonus slot spins. Note: requires real money slot play to clear the bonus".) Oh well. Lesson learned. JeppeL Posted February 19, 2017 Share Posted February 19, 2017 Completely fair not wanting to spend your own money clearing the bonus, the 1.86 will be there and available on the slots should your account hit 0 :) - though I do belive they have a 90 day run time.
