What is the fastes method of deposit when you need to make one as soon as possible?

Answer : Debit card

How Unibet is handle the situation in those cases?

Answer : 2.5 % deposit fee !

I am not a fan of debit card deposits when i see this kind of stealing from the site they use this method , but yesterday i was in the situation to make a bigger deposit and it was taken 10 euro equivalent from my currency and that seems not fair for the customers.

I may understand that during processing this kind of transactions the room might loose some fees but this is not the customer fault .The room should take the responsability , if they want to keep and atract customers, to assume those comission fees.

In Romania since the new legislation era has started we have 3 poker rooms : Pokerstars , 888 poker and Unibet .From those 3 only Unibet is taking 2.5 % fee on debit card deposits.

On betting section we a lot more probably , probably ( cause i dont know that) are about 15 betting rooms .I am not staying to name all of them but from all of them Unibet is the only one with 2.5 % deposit fee.

For me it was amazing to see how i am loosing 43 Ron ( 10 euro almost ) on a simple deposit to make 1 bet.

Beside of this crap if i am cashing out i am loosing another 1% cause i have to pay taxes ( not for winnings that i caught a 1.07 odd ) but for all entire amount of cash out

Why gentlemens are you trying to robb players with this kind of fee?

In Romania we have a word "colac peste pupaza" i dont know the translation but cause that was not enough , the romanian team from Unibet actually dont know how  to translate the offers t&c from english into romanian.

I was thinking that if i am sending a private message i will resolve something that was not from my fault but i see how it works and i have to show to everybody how they make mistakes and nothing happens.

They are not saying that i have to bet 4 single bets at 5 euro on live to receive the 5 th bet on live .I mention that i was not aware of the promotion from the first page. I log in i ve seen that yellor thing from my account .I opened that , i read the t&c i was thinking was a good promotion to risk 4 bets.I made a deposit a bet but on 4 singles football teams and when i was waiting to receive the 5th free bet i found the promotion from first page that i should have bet on australian open and live.I have print screen that in t&s is noware written that i have to do that.Is saying only 4 bets on odd no less than 1.4

Anyway , i was happy about unibet but when you meet this kind of things make you puke and not once but twice

Strange, where I live Unibet takes no fees at all, only from Paysafecards.

What are the other options in your country? Because if it charges that kind of fees (I don't know what your deposit amount was), then you should consider something else.

Netteller and Skrill, both are pretty fast aswell :) The only trouble is that you need to register an account beforehand.

About the 5th bet for free promotion I can't say anything, because I'm not the bettor kind of guy, so I don't follow the promotions.

@polarbear I have been enjoyning this promotion is the last 2 weeks and the ONLY requirement is that the selections you bet on need to be LIVE. You can bet on any sport ,not only tennis and not only Australian Open for sure, but they just need to be In Play at the time of placing the selection.

@polarbear Yes, i agree that it's an error and it may mislead a lot of people with that info, but i was just telling you how it worked on my side.

And on the english version is mentioned that needs to be Live, and you know that whenever it's a info conflict, they will always use the english version.

For sure this needs to be recitfy by the Romanian promo team, but it will end anyway in 2 days :(

hi @VikingsAF

yesterday i had one ticket i should have won around 2 k euro almost and i was with the last game on the ticket .cause i didnt wanted to dont take anything from that ticket i made a deposit via debit card betting on Live.

Bank transfer and skrill are most popular but i didnt had money on skrill and i really dont know if in Romania is still available this opion for Unibet products , but anyway i was loosing money conversion since my skrill account is in Usd  and my unibet account is in Ron. so the only options it was to make it via debit card

2.5% fee really isn't much. $2.50 on a 100, $25 on 1000.

I debate
Should I smile like everything's good and pretend that life is great
Or should I let the world see the real me and not hide this pain
I tried to be like the rest of y'all, sorry I just can't
I'ma probably die this way

  • Solution

Thanks a lot for your feedback, @polarbear! :)

  • T&C for the 5th bet campaign: as mentioned in the PM I sent you, I forwarded your message to the Romanian CRM so that it could be made clearer from the page in question. The page was updated two days ago. As a small gesture of appreciation, for helping bringing futher clarity to the campaign, I've added a € 10 free bet to your account.
  • Deposit fee. There're other instant deposit methods than credit card, as also mentioned by some of the other members. As @VikingsAF says, we've actually removed the deposit fee for quite a few markets already. The deposit fee was removed in those markets, as it was frequently mentioned as an area for improvement, when we did surveys etc. When we are to prioritize e.g. the removal of the deposit fees, we always look at what the customers from the specific market deem as most important. In addition to voicing your opinion here on the community, I recommend you to also mention it in the surveys you receive from us from time to time. I'm not aware of any existing plans to remove the fee in Romania, but I'll have a chat with the payments team.

Please keep in mind that it's easier for everybody, if you stick to one subject per topic, rather than put everything in the same post :)

about the fees hope i will se soon as possible that unibet will remove the debit card % .

Unibet need pay for every deposit\withdraw to banks, that 2,5% is very fair.

Start using skrill, it work instant: https://www.unibet.ro/help/myaccount/money/deposit

how you can say that 2.5 % is fair? are you a unibet employee or what? Dude is 2.5% and no other poker network use this fee for transactions.

If you are on this topic reading the only last post i dont see a reason posting the thing with skrill.

i am using bank transfer for my deposits but that was only one exception but saying that 2.5 % is fair is hilarious
