Bug: Ticket expired after play

Hello unibet

i bought a nl4 ticket yesterday in the bonus shop and played like 21hands. After my session the Pokerticket expired with a value of 6.06€. My last hand i played after leave the table was: ID: 444892375

I have contact the live support (Alexander) yesterday but they cant really watch into trough the tickets.

check this pls.

Hi @juicyapple,

Looks like my colleague accidentally removed the cash game ticket when he was handling your ticket exchange request a couple of days ago. I've added the ticket value to your account in cash, as I'm not able to reactivate the expired cash game tickets.
