@Micky, I'll go ahead and close this case. We're more than happy to help you, but we'll need a bit more information about the device you're using (mobile/tablet or desktop), and if you're using a mobile device; are you on the app or our website?

Would also be good to know what your preferred withdrawal method is. I assume you'd just like to get the money to your bank account?

If I get the above information, I'll do a screen recording showing you how to do it. You can of course also call our customer support, and they will guide you on the phone.
