How to add a deposit with RBC-Canadian Banking

I can not figure out for the life of me how to make a deposit into my account. I keep getting asked to provide an IBAN and when i ask the live support about this, they said to follow the steps.  Can anybody who did bank transfer with RBC help me out and walk me through it?

Thanks

@robby94 Hello and welcome to the community

When you go to the bank transfer page,as an option to deposit money,doesn't it open one with all the details for the bank transfer that you need?

If i try to do this,i get one page opened with all the details ( including IBAN account number you need) and after you just go to your internet banking and make the transfer using the details you have

This is what i get when i wanna make a bank tranfer

@robby94

I see.The moderators will for sure help you more as soon as they will get to office later today,and if you consider another deposit option,you can check this thread https://www.unibetcommunity.com/t5/Help-Support/Using-prepaid-Visa-card-from-Canada/m-p/18644 to see if you'll find a better way.

I'm sorry for the confusion @robby94, I've checked it with our Payments department and bank transfer deposits are unfortunately not possible as a Canadian customer. It's an error that the possibility is visible and it'll be removed soon as possible. In order to deposit from your location you got two options:

  1. To deposit with a credit card(Visa-, Mastercard, Maestor, Entropay).
  2. To deposit with a Paysafecard.

I hope this helps, if you have any questions please don't hold back :)

You're welcome @robby94, witdrawals as bank transfer will work, it's only the deposit option that we at the moment can't offer Canadian members. Please be aware that you'll probably be requested to upload or email a bank statement showing name and account number upon the first withdrawal. This is done for safety reasons in order for us to be certain, that the withdrawal is in fact going to the Unibet account holder :)
