MoreTBC
Backstory..Andrew gave out 5x €1 Banzai tickets on 2+2 as a competition to see who could run it up the most. I ended up with one I was doing well on. I was trying to get into one of the Around the World freerolls but the MTT lobby had gone black so I restarted the client. I was greeted with this..I keep pretty good results and know that this balance is wrong. It should be around 230. The cash ticket value here is wrong too but let's note it, €15.43. I then went to my profile to see what the ticket said.Seems pretty close . Next lets try and use the ticket. No option to use the ticket at all :( I buy in anyway for €1.The correct value of my ticket shows now instead of €1 from my balance.Balance while I'm at the table shows the correct amount in play but also additional ticket money I don't actually have. Basically, it's broken :) Have you read my blog HERE... It's long isn't it :)
MoreTBC
To add to this I've played 174 flops today and they have all been Banzai and I think all on the same ticket. It's 165 flops to clear the ticket but it's show that I've only played 82 out of the 165. Have you read my blog HERE... Kris-Unibet
Hi,I tested the tickets and balances and flop seen updated correctly when I left the tables.I think your issue started here when you forgot to click the ticket and bought in with cash, it also explains flops seen issue and why you could not use the ticket when you ran up your table balance because of the 30 min join with the same stack rule in Banzai:07/01/2017 15:40 Buyin €14.27 to game NL1 with real money (UCT). MoreTBC
Hi @Kris-Unibet,Are you saying if I leave a table with X amount on a ticket I have to buy in again with X amount cash if I go back within 30 minutes? I didn't have the option to use the ticket again when I relaunched the client but it let me sit down with the same cash value instead?I cleared the ticket yesterday so it did work eventually but it doesn't explain the discrepancy betwhen the value on the ticket and in my balance and why I couldn't sit back down with the ticket. If the client though I was already on a table with the ticket should it not have popped up the table when I restarted the client? Have you read my blog HERE... Kris-Unibet
Hi,What happened is that you bought in with cash instead of the ticket when the value was €14.27, likely you forgot to choose the ticket option. So you thought you were playing with your ticket but you were actually playing with cash and that is why your cash balance was higher than expected. After you ran up the Banzai table balance to >€35 with cash there was no option to use the ticket because the ticket balance was not high enough to meet the minimum buy in requirement. MoreTBC
If I had opened a second table I would have been able to use the ticket then? There should be some sort of notice that you're going to be sitting down with more money than the shown buy in then no? From teh screen shot it looks like I should be sitting down with a single €. It's a bit misleading. Have you read my blog HERE... It's long isn't it :)

MoreTBC
I still don't trust these tickets :Smirk:. Played my PLO10 ticket and I'm 99% I chose it for my first session and it ended up taking cash again. I also got this at one point. Showing minimum as a value higher than the max. Chris-Unibet
I'll try to break up that thread into different issues:In the Balance section, tickets balance is sometimes wrong (sometimes includes used tickets etc.) This issue should be fixed on 2.2.0. In Banzai, when you leave and game with more than 100bb and join it soon after, you're asked to bring the stake you left with. However the buy-in pop-up shows 100bb instead. This issue should be fixed on 2.2.0.Cash being used instead of tickets Is it still happening? I can't reproduce it myself and haven't heard of it but if there are any reproducable steps, that'd leading to that, please let us know
MoreTBC
I not played cash using a ticket since the PLO10 one so I'm not sure if it's still happening. I'll have to get a ticket from the bonus store to try and replicate. Have you read my blog HERE... It's long isn't it :)
