eddie494 Posted January 4, 2017 Share Posted January 4, 2017 HiI won some money from a couple of bets at Villa Park on Boxing Day - the money successfully entered my account the following day.However - on trying to withdraw the funds I am getting the following error messages:"Something techy just happened and our server didn't like it. Please try again later or contact us and take comfort....our IT crew is now aware.""OOPS! You're currently blocked from making a withdrawal. For more information, please contact us."Well, I have contacted you, by live chat, by phone, by email. Each time I'm told someone will phone me to verify my account (as far as I'm aware, my account is fully verified, at least that's what I'm told when I click on the "Verify Account" link.). I still haven't received a call despite letting you know that I'm happy to take calls throughout the day.Could you please help me out with this one? Once you've logged in, go to My Account - here you'll see a menu on the left side of the screen.
