Blocked from making a withdrawal

Hi

I won some money from a couple of bets at Villa Park on Boxing Day - the money successfully entered my account the following day.

However - on trying to withdraw the funds I am getting the following error messages:

"Something techy just happened and our server didn't like it. Please try again later or contact us and take comfort....our IT crew is now aware."

"OOPS!
You're currently blocked from making a withdrawal. For more information, please contact us."

Well, I have contacted you, by live chat, by phone, by email. Each time I'm told someone will phone me to verify my account (as far as I'm aware, my account is fully verified, at least that's what I'm told when I click on the "Verify Account" link.). I still haven't received a call despite letting you know that I'm happy to take calls throughout the day.

Could you please help me out with this one?  Not having the best of experiences with Unibet, I'm afraid... :(

Thanks - I can be contacted by phone anytime tomorrow.

Sorry to hear that @eddie494, but thanks a lot for letting us know about it here on the community! I'm at the end of my day right now, and the people I need to get in touch with has left the office a while ago, but I assure you that we'll be looking into this tomorrow so you can get that call as soon as possible!

@eddie494, great to see that you got in touch with my colleague from customer support

The last thing you'll need to do is to change your password. Once you've logged in, go to My Account - here you'll see a menu on the left side of the screen. Go to Account -> Edit Details, where you'll be able to change the password.

Please reply to this post once you've changed the password, and I'll get my colleague from the player safety team to unblock withdrawals :)
