New bank card, same account but you have to deposit before you can withdraw funds?

So my bank card expired and I received a new one. I go to withdraw and I can't because I haven't made a deposit with that card, even though I have made a deposit from the same bank account.

I'm being penalised for my bank card expiring. It really is poor form from Unibet and I've no idea how they can justify it, none of this garbage happens on other sites just because you need an updated bank card.

Explain that to live chat. They will assist you better.

Usually around this time staff are out of office so live chat will be your fastest option.

I debate
Should I smile like everything's good and pretend that life is great
Or should I let the world see the real me and not hide this pain
I tried to be like the rest of y'all, sorry I just can't
I'ma probably die this way

@NiceFoldBro

Usually,when my card expires,i get a new one with the same digits,so i didn't had this problem before.

Have you tried to cancel the  first witdraw,deposit with the new card and after that,withdraw again on the new card?Or cancel the withdraw and use bank transfer,it will go into your account as well

@NiceFoldBro, spoke with one of my colleagues from the player safety team.

I'm afraid you won't be able to withdraw to a credit card which you haven't used for deposit, but you have the option to withdraw to your bank account by choosing "bank transfer" in the cashier. There's a risk that our player safety department will ask for documents in order to approve the withdrawal, however you don't need make a deposit if you withdraw to your bank account :)

So you can do a bank transfer to the same account, but can't withdraw the money TO THE SAME ACCOUNT because the new card has a different expiry date as it's new.

"The team may ask for documents to verify your account" so that's another few days messing about, even though I've already withdrawn money to my bank.

On top of all this, we can't even look at our own hand histories should we want to review sessions, which is utterly ridiculous.

Good game Unibet, good game.

@NiceFoldBro

When you get a new Credit Card, all security changes. (New expiracy date, new code (don't know if this is always tough)). Unibet can't see to which bank account your Credit card is linked, and so they can't directly confirm that it's the same as the one you had.

Bank transfer takes only 24 hours (in most countries).  Confirming papers takes that time aswell, so you will have to wait 48 hours at most (if you work smoothly with the security department).

Another option would just be to fund 5 euro from your credit card to your account, supposing you are withdrawing more? (I suppose this since you seem to be in such a hurry)

Hope I could help

Kind Regards

@NiceFoldBro Unless the new card is registered in our payments system - which is done on deposit as you enter in the details and process a sucessful transaction - withdrawing via bank transfer is the way to go, fortunately this type of withdrawal is easy to set up and fast completed as mentioned by VikingsAF :)
