Unibet Ignoring servise

Guys  take care ,  if you win money be ready that , something will happen , and managers will make you crazy with its stupid ignoring... more then month i cant get money from this site and cant play, nobody take cares from this servise specialist!

I play poker more then 7 years on diferent sites and first time i see such sh*t...

Did you send the proper documents to have your account verified? 

When you tried to cash out did they ask for anything specific? 

Please provide more details.

i dont have any problems with my docs, i cashed out some times then more then month ago my cash becomes come back to poker account,i connected to my bank they say that cash from Swedbank to Alfabank was sent in Euro but the card is in Dollar,it was warking and it become failed.Due this time i connect to Unibet servise just to get answer what shal I do? shall i get new card in Euro shall i get card in another bank?  i just need an answer...they promiss to send me the letter to email and forget about it....everytime they say that somebody else helps me...connect later or smth

I don't have all details on the case right now, but I've sent an email to our financial department and will let you know as soon as I get an update. You won't need to contact customer service about this case - I should be able to help you out from here :)

thank you very much, i just want  play,win, and get money wich i won))  I dont have mission to blame unibet or any ppl from servise. But i am just a sick poker player and my life is a big game i win and lose everyday, to freez cash  means freez my life =((

@Ignoring, had a quick chat with one of the guys from the payment team, and I don't think we need anything from you in order to solve the issue - we just need to change the method of transfering the money as far as I could understand (not the biggest expert in this area). I'll get more details about the case tomorrow afternoon and let you know then :)

@Ignoring, just had a conversation with our payment who has checked with the providers to see if there's anything you need to do from your side They confirmed that there shouldn't be an issue transfering the money this time :)

Will keep an eye on the case and your account to make sure that everything is ok with the withdrawal, but I'd be surprised if the money got returned to Unibet this time.
