Cannot play tournament

Hi guys,

I signed up for the 23:25 UO 10 Euro turbo on December 17th via ticket. However once the tournament window opened up, my screen turned white, I got a failure message and the unibet software completely shut down. I restarted the software 3 or 4 additional times and the results were always the same: I looged into the client, the UO10 tournament window loaded and the whole software crashed. I couldn't play a single hand in this tournament, thus a refund of my 10 Euro UO ticket would be much appreciated.

Sorry to hear about this @WuDu, I've added a new UO €10 ticket as compensation for the one lost last night. As for the bug itself, I hope that at @Chris-Unibet will investigate this one when he finds the time.

Is it possible for you to run dxdiag and take a screenshot of the first tab and the display tab of the report?

Thanks. I've sent your report to the devs - please see Jeppe's request below about dxdiag. 

We'll have a release on 28th (date to be confirmed) that will have few more fixes about freeze/crash but I don't know which ones yet. We'll know more about what will make it to the 28th release at the end of the week or early next week.

And the same thing happened today (December 19th) again at the 23:25 UO 10 Euro Turbo. Log in worked, client works with no issues when I'm not playing, signed up for the UO Turbo via ticket, the window to the tourney opened and I get the white screen failure note and I cannot play a single hand! @JeppeL , could you be so kind and refund this ticket as well?

There were 2 releases (28th December and 31st January) which both included some stability improvements. Could you please let me know if you still encounter some crashes when tournament tables start?

Since January those issues have not come up anymore with me, however sometimes I get the "Unibet crash" message when I want to close the application.

"Unibet Poker has stopped working" type of message? And does it happen each time you try to close the client?

 

Could you please provide Poker_log.txt file located in:

c:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Unibet Poker\Poker_log.txt

AppData is a hidden folder.

No, it doesn't happen anytime! Maybe once or twice in the new year when I was already closing the app. Something like the week before Christmas when Unibet was collapsing all the time when I tried to open a table hasn't happened since.
