Eki10 Posted December 17, 2016 Share Posted December 17, 2016 So today I completed my bonus which included the 4x deposit money into a bet with atleast 1.40 multiplier.On the active bonuses tab it says it has been completed and the 100e will be transferred into my account in cash. Solution Valkyrie Posted December 17, 2016 Solution Share Posted December 17, 2016 Seems like a bug to me, unless you've still got an ongoing bet that includes bonus money and hasn't been settled yet. Normally, if it says the bonus is completed it should be added to the cash balance immediately. I remember having similar problems with a casino bonus, but it "fixed itself" after a while. I'd try to log out and log in again, maybe wait an hour or so to see if it clears and then contact support if it's still stuck. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I did relog a few times and it's been an hour atleast now, so I guess I'll wait the bet to complete and recheck my account then. Thank you! But if the bonus still doesn't unlock once it's settled you might need to contact support to get it fixed.
