psrquack
I think it would be great to let us read some interviews with Unibet's country managers m(what they did, how to personise products to each countries what are the main goals etc). Also would be great let the player know who is the country manager in their country or region and build a closer connection between the manager and the players. MarcoV
We'll definitely consider doing an interview with one of the country managers in the future. The next articles for "The Locker Room" will most likely be about poker and betting, but it might be possible to do an interview with a country manager after the ones we have in progress. I'm sure there are quite a lot of interesting questions, but we need to keep in mind that these guys are dealing with strategic stuff, which means that most of the things they're doing are confidential - e.g. I doubt they'll share information on the main goals of each country :)Can you please elaborate on the closer connection you'd like to have between the country managers and the customers? They have plenty of things to deal with as country managers already, and it would require a lot of their time to build up a relationship with the customers, including questions that should've been asked either in here or via customer support. It's a great idea to build a closer connection between employees and customers, but I'm not sure if the country managers are the ones who should do it. He is really engrossed in one's work but he can keep up the connection with the customers too. It would be great reading public informations about the directions of the plans of Unibet in my country and the manager could have informations from the first hand of the customers. As I know the current country manager of my country is from Romania. For example I don't know if he can speak the language or not or how he know the gambling community of the country. The 2 main problems are in my country the gambling licence and the cancellation of the e-wallets. I have tried several times to get an answer and a solution of the two questions abouve. Unfortunately none of the agents or here somebody could tell any reassuring. So I hope the CM could.😃
