increase dc timer

With the current dc problems daily everyone has at cash tables and seeing how everyone is losing money couse of this reason when happening during hands, i propose an increase in reconnect timer. At the moment whenver i get the dc bug i instatnly shut down software and restart it and still not in time before my hands get folded
