MathrimC Posted November 23, 2016 Share Posted November 23, 2016 Sorry if this has been mentioned before, I didn't follow this thread.The first time I opened the client and tried to open some tables I got this:Same thing when questions pop-up, like if I want to quit a table or the client: the screen is black and I can't see the buttons:I restarted my pc, and restarted the client several times but the problem stayed. Only after I adapted my settings to run the program on my onboard graphics chip instead of on my GPU card, it got fixed. EDIT: The problem reappears if I switch back to my GPU card. This is probably because the break timer is already upTiling 2 tables makes the tables the same size as if you were 4 table tiling. They don't fill the desktop horizontally as expected. MoreTBC Posted November 23, 2016 Share Posted November 23, 2016 PC ClientClient doesn't remember your language setting when it starts.When you log in you only get one promo notification (i.e. I've you've placed on more than one MTT league you only get notified of one). Actually, the second promo notification just popped up when I looked at my normal notification alerts. The same thing happened with the notification bug on break too. Have you read my blog HERE... With everything I mean: cash balance, money in play, cash tickets and tournament tickets. That means I also can not see my challenges and stuff. Anyone else experiencing the same problem? I would like to read a complete list of programs and versions that is needed for the client to run. Is that available somewhere? There is no way to remove them. The also don't show the Cash/bust icons until I go into an individual MTT lobby and come back out.When you get a single notification the bell icon is white, anything over 1 notification the bell turns green. Would it expect it to turn green for single notification too.Right margin in client changes when you enter certain areas. It happens when you go to Hand History and somewhere else, but I've forgotten where just now.. Will post when I can check.Player name is highlighted in hand histories for the current day but are not for any previous days.After registering MTTs the lobby doesn't show a green tick next to registered tournamentsActions on the last hand before the break stay on table for the whole of the break.Occasionally you don't get the break timer and the whole hand stays on screen during the break.At the end of a MTT the lobby shows all players still remainingTimebank for another player showing over player that has already acted. MoreTBC Posted December 1, 2016 Share Posted December 1, 2016 Have you checked your graphics card drivers are up to date?Have you had the client open for a while, plugged in or unplugged a second monitor, done anything that would trigger Windows UAC or pressed Ctrl+Alt+Del?I'm asking the second question because I used to get this issue after all the things on 1.0 and was told it was an Adobe Air thing and wouldn't happen on 2.0.
