I just registered to a heads up sit and go, did see the first hand and then the client just crashed and disappeared. Opened the client and log in again, the table opens up, shows for a second and disappears. Tried this like 5 times while my buy-in was blinded away. GG

Is it still giving you problems?`We've had reports of the client being up and running, I myself can log in again now as well!

I'll make sure to have it checked with the poker team for you to get  new ticket for the SNG and get back to you.

I have a Windows 10 laptop,pretty new,drivers are updated...still, the client freezes and crashes.

Just played for 1h and had several crashes and forgot to count how often my blinds were gone.

Guys, please fix it asap, for now unibet is pretty unplayable.

I've decided not to be negative today...

but, having spent yesterday alternating between playing the new client on husbands laptop and the browser client on my desktop I'm at a loss for how I'm going to play from now on.
The new sw freezes & crashes too often, hurts my eyes when it is running, although I can see it will be nice when all the bugs are ironed out, for now I can't use it.
The browser sometimes refuses to load and has to be restarted, and I can only play one table at a time, can't check the lobby in a separate window, etc.

The whole point of a beta period is to iron out all the niggles in a new software, taking as long as it takes.
It feels very much as though Unibet simply decided to have a month of beta and then launch on Dec 1st regardless!
I know that poker is only a small part of Unibets' income, and those on older OS are probably a tiny percentage, so effectively we don't matter in the bigger sense.
But that doesn't gel with what I always liked about Unibet, the sense that they do care about customers, that even those of us who only put in the odd fiver are considered.
I feel sort of betrayed, if that doesn't sound too melodramatic :wonder:

Hi!

A few thoughts on the 2.0.

1. Anyone else notice the client to be a bit heavy on the processor? Two-tabling got my quad core i7 up to 70% and my laptop fan to go mental. Three-tabling went up to 80%. Old client was much lighter even with four tables. I'm on Win10 with 8 gigs of RAM.

2. If I tick the "Fold to any bet" and switch to another window, IMO there really needs not to be a notification sound, when it's my turn at that specific table, as I've already decided to fold.

3. I'd prefer the "Fold to any bet" button to be at the same spot where the "Fold" button would be, so in case the action would come to me before I'd get the click the former, it wouldn't really matter. Now I'd end up clicking somewhere to change the bet size for no reason.

4. Love the new aspect ratio of the tables and the "Challenge-O-Meter" in the corner.

Takes a while to get used to, but not bad at all.

Anyone with win 7 OS playing with the new client? Tell me how you made it work!

I have tried the patch, didn't help. No login box.

Was multitabling cash games with the new web client, works well seems reliable.

No separate lobby and no separate tables is a bit annoying though.

Yes I had. I've reinstalled the video driver (the same, newer isn't), and now it works properly.

Another issue that I've noticed playing tonight, .

When you try to add more money at the table while hand is in progress, for example you have 3.50€ and you want to add 0.50€, but you win a hand that was in progress that table freezes. Probably becouse you can't add 0.50€, but instead of less amount to be added it simply freezes and you can't close that table, you can't play, you can't do nothing. I even shut down the client but the table was still open untill I terminated it with task manager. Happend to me twice this evening.

I have been using Unibet on Android Tablet and Android box for quite a while but this new software looks like bringing that to an end. Won't open at all on my tablet and on the box it is slow, sluggish, unresponsive and oh, yes, crashes constantly. Bye bye to all the money in the middle when I was involved in a hand!

Simply allow people to use earlier versions and most of these hassles would be avoided.

I was goint to try using my PC but having read all the problems people are having I don't think I will bother.

Be careful guys! Since today's update nothing has changed in terms of stability. All tables froze (turned white and then "Unibet poker stopped working...), had a bigger pot in of them. Yesterday I posted screenshots and log file when it happened. This time I did not take any screenshots but it just happened and I enclose my log file. I did not observe any specific actions that may have pulled the trigger.
