December 7th software release

As per last week, I have installed the latest update. An interesting feature of this is that I am playing in a freeroll (luckily) but I am unable to bet. I can check and call, but the raise button does nothing!!

 

Has anyone else experienced this?

Is it still the same client from Dec 1 release? I haven't got any feedback from anyone from UNIBET, from my last post about how it doesn't work for Windows/Vista users

If it's still the same, SMH, Unibet, SMH!!!!

Yes,  it's the same client, apparently they just tweaked it a bit. Still doesn't work on XP or Vista though, which they're very much aware of and have no intention of changing it seems. They've basically just told us to use the browser version instead - but not what to do if that doesn't work either. :sad:

 Yeah the browser is no bueno - logs you out constantly for no reason.  Still can't believe they did the software update knowing that not all their members could use it

I feel the same way, and I've told them that a number of times too. My problem is that I can't even get in to the browser version, much less play... Every time I try, all I get is 20 minutes of watching the loading screen. :teardrop:

Thanks for that - is there any technical feedback from the software developers/providers as to the cause of the problem? That solution (which should include a 'log out/log back in' step) seems to bear no relationship to the original issue!
