client animations look quite laggy for me, but browser client look nice and fast :/

Is it possible to turn of animations on the tables? on the last client i could multitable with 14 tables without lags. Now my computer cant handle more than 6 tables at once. It is possivke to pøay more than 6 tables, but frames per hour is reduced to 20ish.

It is not possible to turn off animations, but it is a feature we would like to add.

With the last update (available on all plateforms apart from iPad and iPhone which take few more days), you'll be able to switch off few animations.

We'll add more as time goes on.

Thanks, glad to see the option to remove animations has been reintroduced at least. If I may add another suggestion, the option to remove the 'clock' at the top of EVERY table, there's just no use for that, only extra clutter... it's enough that we are shown the clock in the lobby and in Windows surely! And on top left of the table, the bolded 'previous hand/replayer' text could be made a little smaller, all those hand numbers etc aren't exactly essential information...

Basically anything to remove clutter and/or decreased font size would improve the looks of the new client greatly in my opinion, have it look more like the old version...

We've add the option to disable some animations and will add others in the future so I'll change the status to "delivered".

However, this is not why you're experiencing CPU lags. Some players seem to experience it while the client runs with less CPU usage on most machines. We're currently investigating it but what would help is to have your specific config (dxdiag) and also a screenshot of Task Manager > Performance while you're playing.
