I was at a strange table earlier, every one was folding almost all the time. Later after I left the table I started to think maybe they were just waiting for a ticket?
So question: Can you get a ticket even before the flop ?

I don't play that much so I'm not expecting a ticket, just curious.

It's just on hand dealt I believe so no play in the hand is required.
